- No, registration in our website is complete free.

Do I have to necessarily register to shop on Bragano?
- Yes, it is necessary to register to shop from Bregano, without your registration you won't be able to shop any product.

When will I receive my order?
- You will receive your order within 8- 10 working days after placing your order.

- After that you enter your AWB number, you will get the full information about your order.
- There is a direct option of tracking the order in the top right of the website, you can click on the icon.

- No we don’t deliver on the same day, it takes upto 8 to 10 working days to deliver your order from the date of order placement.

Return, Cancellation and Refund Related

What is your Return policy?
- For now we dont have an option for return, but you can definately replace your order.

How do I place an exchange request for my product?
- To place an exchange request for you product
- Go to my account
- Click on all orders
- Select order Id you will get your order details, from there you will click on the replacement button and the request will be sent for replacement. After that you will be reverted back within 3 working days regarding the same.

How will I get my money back in case of a cancellation or return? What are the modes of refund?

Sorry there is no cancelletion option available at customer end, you can only place exchange request if you find out that product is not upto the mark and have some defect in it. Follow below mentioned steps to replace or exchange the product.
My account->All Orders->Click on Order ID->click on product you want to replace->Submit.
You will get response in SMS for with replacement request id and resolution will be given to you within TAT period of 3 days.
